From borehole to bottle
At Hydr8Fuel we don’t just bottle water, we engineer hydration. Our water starts in deep underground reservoirs, then goes through a multi-stage purification process before it is sealed into a bottle.
The six stages

Calcium removal and filtration
Borehole water naturally carries minerals and particles. We remove excess calcium and impurities first, which gives the water a smooth, clean taste.

Reverse osmosis
The water is pushed through a fine membrane that strips away microscopic contaminants, leaving ultra-pure water.

Ozone and UV treatment
Two sterilisation methods work together. Ozone and ultraviolet light eliminate pathogens for maximum safety.

Carbon filtration
Carbon filters improve clarity and remove any residual odours or tastes.

Mineral rebalancing
Purification takes almost everything out, so we put essential minerals back in for optimal hydration and absorption.

Final UV purification and bottling
One last pass of UV light adds a final layer of protection before the water is sealed into every bottle.
